Every housing society faces the same challenge-managing maintenance, residents, parking, complaints, finances, and committee activities efficiently. Many societies still rely on paper records, spreadsheets, or multiple disconnected applications, making day-to-day management time-consuming and prone to errors. MySociety360 was born with a mission to simplify society management by bringing every essential operation onto a single digital platform. Our journey began in 2024 with the development of a society management application. It successfully streamlined many society operations, but as the needs of housing societies evolved, committee members and residents needed the flexibility to access society information anytime, anywhere. This realization inspired us to redesign MySociety360 as a modern cloud-based web and mobile platform. By combining the convenience of a responsive website with the accessibility of mobile applications, we created a solution that enables chairpersons, secretaries, committee members, owners, tenants, and society staff to stay connected and manage society activities from anywhere. Today, MySociety360 is a comprehensive society management platform that brings together maintenance billing, resident and tenant management, parking, visitor management, complaint tracking, amenities booking, AMC management, committee administration, accounting, financial reporting, and much more-all within a single, secure, and easy-to-use system. We continue to enhance the platform with new features and improvements based on the real needs and feedback of housing societies, with one goal in mind: to make society management smarter, simpler, more transparent, and completely digital.
